Aavishka Shipping Pvt Ltd formerly known as Aavishka Maritime Services was incorporated in 2011 to provide Quality services to the Oil & Gas, Marine Sector globally and across the life of an oilfield.
Aavishka Shipping Private Limited is providing exclusive Manning & Crewing Services for its Foreign and Indian shipping clients with equal tie-ups with Ship Owners, Ship Management Companies or Owner’s Representatives and Managers. There is an overall satisfaction in relationship.
ASPL is well established in Mumbai, India being commercial capital with International shipping hub with existence of World’s major shipping representations and their liaison offices.
It is the Company’s Policy to comply with applicable:
- International Rules, Regulations and Laws as mandated by the IMO, ILO and other organisations.
- Rules and Regulations of the Flag State of the vessel.
- Local Rules and Regulations of the Coastal state or port.
Deploying and developing highly skilled seafarers for your vessels is the core purpose of our crew management business.
We recognize the value of deploying seafarers who are well-trained and certified in accordance with STCW 2010 and the ISM Code.
Our primary concern is to deliver safe, efficient, high quality, ethical and cost-effective ship management solutions that satisfy our customers.
We provide high quality of skilled seafarers, which the Marine industry requires and expects. We do this through our rigorous selection and training procedures thereby producing a large pool of qualified officers and crew with hands on experience on all classes of vessels, barges, rigs etc.

Ship Crew management encompasses a broad range of activities covering the recruitment and selection, deployment, training and ongoing management of the officers and ratings engaged on vessels under full management or crew management contracts.
